As a bread lover, I personally like bagels.
I think I've tried all the famous bagels from the London Bagel Museum, where there's a waiting even if I do an open run, to the Poppy Bagel, the Hoops Bagel, and the Picker Bagel. I think the elephant Bagel that I'm posting today is the best.
The main store of Kokkili Bagel is Yeongdeungpo, the second store is Hannam-dong, and the third store is Seongsu-dong.
I went to Hannam branch, the second store, and went to open run on weekdays after taking a vacation.

You can only buy bagels on the first floor, and there were seats on the second and third floors where you can eat freshly baked bagels.
I heard it's difficult to find seats on the 2nd and 3rd floors as well as outdoor seats on weekends, but I was relaxed on weekdays in the morning.
There was a parking notice and a notice of use on the entrance.
The store is very small, so only four people can enter the cafe, and when one person comes out, one person goes in.

Even if it's an open run, there's a waiting area, so I tried to buy enough since I came here, but there was a limit to the number of bagels purchased on weekends and weekdays.
On weekdays, there were up to 15 per person, especially five popular plain and butter salt bagels.
On weekends and holidays, including Friday, up to eight per person can be purchased, and up to three plain, butter salt, and whipped cream bagels can be purchased.

I'll show you the bagels in the order they're displayed.
As a Korean, I really like garlic, but when I looked up the reviews, I passed Garlic Pongdang because there were a lot of likes and dislikes.

Actually, I wanted to get 15 correct with 5 plain, 5 butter salts, and the rest of the flavors, but I heard it's going to take some time to get them out.

People who drink it right away order coffee, but I passed the drink because I was going to wrap it up.
There were three types of bagel sandwich: ham cheese, salmon, and jamon, and you ate a lot of fig bean pots, but I already ordered 15 bagels, so I also promised next time.
In the case of bagel sandwiches, there's no limit to the number of purchases, so please keep this in mind.
It is a method of fermenting various ingredients such as spinach, walnuts, olives, and tomatoes in the dough itself and baking them in an Italian oven. The oven works nonstop.
It's a Montreal-style bagel baked with oak firewood, and the smell of bread made my mouth water.
I think you keep checking the sold-out bagels and making them, but I don't know which bagel the person in front of me would buy, so I think it was often sold out right in front of me.

There was a separate bathroom in the store.
The space on the third floor was finished with exposed concrete, and I liked it because there was a piece on each wall.
There were a lot of people who took it out and wrapped it, but there were a lot of people who drank a cup of coffee with a fresh bagel.
It's not a difficult location to find because it's a single building, but I think the big Korean sign on the roof of the kokkili bagel is not Instagram-inspired, but it looks witty and cute.
I'm going to try them all when I get home and write down how each bagel I bought tasted.
Onion mayo recommended by my friend was spicy and I enjoyed the healthy sweetness of onions.
I love the salty and crunchy texture of onions, so I think this bagel will go well with cold beer.
I usually bought plain bagels without much expectation, but the olive cheese bagels were salty and because olives and cheese go well together, this was also very delicious.
The person in front of me ordered 5 spinach, so I followed them and they were so good.
I couldn't imagine the combination of these three. It was a taste that I could eat until the end without getting sick of it.
I recommend spinach because it's not strong enough for those who don't like it.
I thought I should buy more when I go next time after eating it. Walnut cranberry bagel.
The chewy texture and light taste go so well together, so I was satisfied with plain bagels that I couldn't buy because they were sold out.
Since I like plain bread, walnut cranberry bagels don't hurt the taste of the bread and add a moderate amount of walnut and cranberry, so it was so delicious.
Butter Salt Bagel, which is the hardest to buy after Plain, reminded me of Suaegi Salt Bread, my favorite salt bread restaurant in Jeju.
The distinctive unscented aroma and the salty taste of the butter from the oven are not too much, and it's savory and savory. If you don't control it, you can eat several at once.
I fell in love with the smell of freshly baked bread that filled the store, so I bought a lot of it because I was greedy, but it was regrettable that I couldn't buy it more because it was an open run.
The bagels that I couldn't eat on the day were naturally defrosted for 2-30 minutes before eating, and if I turn them at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, the texture was as chewy and warm as the bagels I ate on the day, so it went well with coffee.
If you like plain and savory bagels like me, I recommend Kokkili bagels.
